It took me 4 months to make up my mind about a new vehicle. Mary was my salesperson and never once did she pressure me or even call me to see if I had make up my mind yet. She is very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles. During the 4 months that I was deciding, I made several trips to the showroom. Best dealer with the best vehicles . after my wife and I retired we decided to cut back to just one vehicle. After research we decided on the new CR-V. We contacted Mike Grindberg at the dealer online and made the deal so fast it was almost comical. The courtesy and preparation at Proctor makes this the hands down best dealer for miles around. Picked up the new CR-V in less than two hours at the dealer . Everything was ready when we arrived at the dealer down to the full tank of gas. By the way this CR-V is amazing with the gas mileage we have received in just the first few days. My boyfriend and I have been looking at cars for about a month and Mike at Proctor Honda was by far the best sales person we have ever worked with. I have been involved in many car sales and I don’t think I’ve ever had a more smooth and quick car deal. He kept in communication and answered every single one of my questions in a very timely manner throughout the week I reached out to him. We were able to test drive a car, make a deal on a trade in, and finalize the deal on the new civic within 2 hours.
