Tony Badia and the rest of the crew at Proctor always go above and beyond to help no matter how ridiculous my requests are! I had an ongoing major problem with my 4 year old Subaru and they handled it with grace and kindness, always making sure I was taken care of. This is where my Subaru will be going for service for the rest of its life, and where I will go when it's time for a new Subaru!

This dealership never disappoints! The buying process was fantastic, and the excellent customer service continues as I engage with the dealership when I return for vehicle maintenance. The service department is responsive, cheerful and efficient. Every member of their team understands the importance of customer service. I feel like a valued and important customer every time I step foot in the door, and I believe they make everyone feel that way.
Always great, friendly service. The service center has managed to squeeze me in several times even without an appointment. Staff is always very helpful and kind. Maintenance prices are always pretty good for a dealership. (disclosure: Subaru provides its customers small incentives if they leave reviews, however, the content of the review is entirely my own).
My husband waited LESS than an hour for some routine maintenance. The Service staff did a couple of extra checks on things we had not thought about. Hubby waited in a very clean, handsome show/waiting room with complementary coffee and pretzels. Not only that, our car was washed and vacuumed before turning it back over to us. Another awesome experience: Super Efficiency with appointments made and changed or cancelled online, options of phone, text, email confirmations the day before. Amazing. We'll buy our next Subaru there not only because Subaru is the best car out there, Bar None!, but we know our treatment with Proctor will be awesome!
