I would give them a negative 5 but i don't have that option. Three months after i got a car from them i took it to get a oil change only to find out that the engine was going out( the second and third gear had no pressure. When i called to inform them the staff was nasty and they had sold my acount to a finance company who i knew nothing about or even heard of. Long story short they ended up with the car back and i went down the street to auto show case where i purchased a very nice car with low miles paid cash for it and i still currently have that car and have not had one problem. GO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

We told the salesman of the crappy Toyota's problems and he just laughed, making a comment that he had told the owner that the Toyota needed work and was waiting for him to "get around to checking it out." He then walked us up to a 3ed vehicle and told us that he knew this one was good because it was his "personal driver" for the last week. We started it up and it had every light on the dash board on! It idled rough and the A/C was hot. One of the front tires was so bald that there were wires sticking out! One of the back doors wouldn't open and the car smelled like mold. We didn't even bother taking it off the lot. We thanked the guy profusely for his help and went to another dealership down the street. :(

As for the car, we LOVE it! It was just as described and is under warranty. They were very upfront about the vehicle, so we were able to feel confident with our purchase. Like I said, Sunshine Auto made this whole experience incredibly easy, and we can't thank them enough for that.

Oh my, where do I start? My daughter and I went in a while back to look at a used car for her. A nice looking Honda caught her eye. We test drove it and what a junk! It shook and rattled, windows didn't work, A/C was broke, and when we stopped at a light it shut off. After 3 minutes or so (and having traffic all backed up behind us) the old clunker finally started back up and we limped it back on their lot. We went in and told them about the issues we found and they said that they had just got it in & hadn't had time to put it through their "rigorous" checkout, and showed us a Toyota. We then went for a ride in that one, and it was even worse than the Honda! Smoked, transmission slipped, had a hard pull to the left, several lights on the dash were on, and it smelled like someone had thrown up in it. Back to the lot after about 15 minutes of test-driving, just in time to see a woman taking off in the first Honda for her test drive! (Evidently, no "rigorous" checkout was needed after all.)

I've dealt with Sunshine Auto many years ago before purchasing my newest car about a month ago. The service is always top quality and they go above and beyond to help. Mrs Vanessa is a God send. The customer service from the entire team was A+

They made the process of purchasing a car extremely easy. Between working long hours, and not having a vehicle I didn't have much time to view vehicles before they closed. They handled nearly everything over the phone with us, and let me email all the necessary documents. Communication was excellent with Miguel. Whether we called or text him, he always responded right away and was happy to answer the many questions we had. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Vanessa for being so kind to our daughter and stopping to listen to her sing to you! :)

The worst experience ever. The people were so nice until you buy. Once you buy there whole dimeaner changes. First they say they are buy here pay here. Once I purchased the car. They gave me another address and said this is who you report to. That's not buy here pay here. While test driving cars . 1 car transmission was slipping and the other you could tell had a blown head. When I pointed out the problems after test drive. The lady ignored the problems and had them placed right back in the lot instead of seeing about the problems. I don't recommend this place to my enemy. Only trump. This place sucks. Don't waste your time and money please. They even closed down for 3 4 months. Now back open all of a sudden.
