I wanted a truck and a truck is what I got. Marcus at Ultimate Image is the best. He walked me through the steps and gave me my options. After careful consideration and looking in other places that didn't care as much; I realized Marcus was giving me the BEST bang for my buck. I appreciate the respect and the transparency he had with me and allowed me to make my own decisions. My family and I will be back to see Marcus when my fiancé is ready for her something different.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Having just had a baby we needed a family vehicle that could now fit our growing family. We went to ultimate image auto and immediately fell in love with a vehicle that was perfect for our family. Ralph then started the process to get us approved and although it took several hours we continued to wait. Eventually we had to leave as my husband had to go to work and we were told that Ralph would call us back that evening to let us know if we were approved. My husband specifically told Ralph that we would be back the next day and asked if there was a possibility of the car being sold from under us. Ralph assured us it wouldn’t be. We never received a call from Ralph and so my husband called before they closed and Ralph said that they could get us financed for the car we wanted. My husband set up an appointment for the following day with Ralph. We called the next day before we came and Ralph said he was about to head out. We reminded him that we had an appointment and that we would be there in 20 minutes. Upon arriving we were informed that Ralph was not there (big surprise) and we asked about the car (since we did not see it on the lot) and no one could tell us where Ralph or the car was. One guy even told us that Ralph was probably out filling it up for us. We waited for 45 minutes with 4 children, one being a 2 year old and another being a week old baby for Ralph to return. Once he returned he quickly told us that the car was sold the night before and then he ran off and his from us. My husband asked several times to speak with a manager and no one would talk to us. No apology, nothing.
Eloy Martin was our salesman he was fast, and assuring even though I was doubtful. I have financed cars before but the way Eloy and his supervisors handled our deal was time appropriate and not an all day process, he did everything he could to help us get in a vehicle that we wanted. I would recommend Eloy and Ultimate Image Car Sales for your automobile needs. I am so pleased and appreciative that Eloy took the time to help us get in a car despite my situation.
Eloy Martin, very professional, confidant and assuring with the entire staff at Ultimate Image Auto provided excellent customer service that started from the time we walked in! He made you feel very comfortable and he listen to what you wanted in a vehicle. Once we selected a car he started the process, while we were waiting to be approved we had to leave because the kids were getting restless ( but you know how kids are). He said I will call you as soon as the finance dept is finished so you can come back and sign your paperwork and pick up your car. When we came back Rob Wyche actually completed the paper work. ( he is as animated as his commercials, and very professional, so nice, Great!!) Chris did a excellent job in getting financing that we were comfortable with. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE MORE THAN 5 STAR, I DEFINITELY WOULD. I went to ULTIMATE IMAGE AUTO with no hope of getting a car after I've been down down by so many other places. When I got there, I was introduce to Omar George by JB. Omar work so hard and came back with some great news that I was approve for the car that I wanted. I can honestly tell you, this is the best news i got all year. They customer service is off the chain. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They offered water and coke. I highly recommend this place, ask for Omar, he will definitely make it happen for you and YOU WILL DEFINITELY LEAVE WITH THE CAR YOU WANT!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH OMAR!!!!
This is not the “people’s car dealer,” this is the shadiest and worst customer service I have ever seen. Ralph should be ashamed of himself.
Why didn’t they tell us the car was sold when we called before our appointment?
Now our credit was run for nothing thanks the the incompetence of people who don’t care about their customers.
Why were we told the car would not be sold?
Why did Ralph leave when we had scheduled an appointment?
