I am only doing the 5 stars for Marcus because I only like to deal with him because he is the only service person that will acknowledge you and is approachable. I called several times to see if my car was ready and was placed on hold several times for an extended period of time. Finally Marcus called after 4 pm to let me know my car was ready and I expressed to him that I had been calling all day with no avail. Then when I made it there no one took the initiative to call or look for Marcus for me to get my car. Customer service has really been going downhill.
my child and I thought we were getting a great deal since we knew people that worked there. We were wrong. After trying for 3 months the car was finally delivered(at wrong place by the way). That was about 2 months BEFORE the paperwork was delivered. So now 5 months into it he can drive the car. We are STILL waiting for ANY paperwork that says the car is his.No finance papers, no papers from dealership,NOTHING...... But he still has the money taken out every month for car payment. This place is a shoddy dealership and all they want is to get your money. They have NO concern for you after the car leaves the lot. Then it's your problem and you need to figure a way to solve it. I would never recommend this place for ANYTHING or ANYBODY.
Everyone at this place was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all my questions fully and when they didn't know the answer they went to find someone who did! I had my oil changed there also. When I got my car back it was actually cleaner than when I gave it to them!!!! My experience with them was awesome. I even had interactions with a couple of the managers who were very professional and I actually had a good time visiting with them. I would recommend if you are thinking about service or a new vehicle to give them a shot to make your experience as good as mine was!!!
I was browsing Hyundai cars online. I started speaking to an online rep by the name of Shakira, with whom I made an appointment, she was very friendly. I did not want to buy a car as yet because I wanted to browse at other dealerships. All I wanted was an appraisal with how much I would get for my Trade in. All dealerships I went to did not have a problem with giving me just that. I went in on 10/5/2017 and was greeted by Shakira who then introduced me to Matt Cohen and left. He could not even give me an exact dollar amount. He gave me one look and saw me with my two kids and mother in law and thought he knew everything about me and my financial situation. Even said that whatever other dealerships was telling me was a lie and that I will never be able to trade in my car without a down payment. He did not even ask if I had a down payment, he just assumed I didn't have one. I felt discriminated. I will never step foot in that dealership again.
Wonderful new facility. Excellent customer service. Was there for 2 recall issues, one took a few hours to address and I elected to wait. The "waiting" area was 1st class with an open area (not an afterthought cramped little room) with comfortable seating, free water and Starbucks coffee with other nice snacks to buy. Overall a pleasant experience when having to do something no one looks forward to (plus I got to look at new cars.... every little boys dream!)
