I have always had great experiences here with Dr Balan, Dr. McSoley, and all the dental hygentists - especially Randa! My son, mother, and I are all patients. I have even taken my son a couple of times when he had issues from falling and hitting his teeth and when his baby teeth were coming out. Dr. McSoley was very patient and took the time to check everything out without charging us! I would highly recommend this practice.
I have been using Dr. Manocha for sometime and have to qualms with him. His office staff however leaves A LOT to be desired. I don't know when, but there was a change in office staff and they are not very pleasant. I would usually pay when service was rendered, but sometimes I would send in payment afterwards and there was no problem until this new regime took over. Frankly, I am disappointed. I may look elsewhere for dental care!
The people there are nice but the products they sale suck. My partial broke within 4 months. They wouldn't fix it because my insurance changed. I thought their products had warranties on them. I won't ever go there again.
Dr. Balan is amazing. She is conservative in her treatment which I like, and is always willing to find the best affordable option for when I needed dental work.
I was referred to them after having not so great experiences in the past. My first visit was yesterday and from the receptionist to all the staff everyone was genuinely so nice! I love the fact they are open later, and the level of care is just as good. I have never been to an office so nice to me and my kids. It makes me excited to get my dental work done. I'm referring everyone to them!
