I agree with the below review. "Dr" Scott seems more concerned with putting pictures of himself on the walls and ordering out for lunch than the HEALTH of his patients. After a root canal that took four visits, a root canal which Dr. Scott should have had the humility to realize he was unqualified for and referred me to a real doctor, I now need to have further surgery on the tooth. Thanks Doc. During one of those four visits while my tooth was opened, the nurse and doctor said they would be back in 5 mins, 45 mins later, after sitting with a wide open tooth and metal mouth piece holding my jaws apart, they sauntered back in to finish what they were unqualified to do.
Anyone who goes to Faith Dental is putting themselves at risk for a lot of unnecessary pain and expenses.
The building is old, water-stained, out-of-date. The staff puts on a friendly face to disguise the terribly dentistry. Oh oh how could I forget this next gem! For one of the four root canal sessions they overlooked the paperwork and undercharged me, so during my next visit they come bursting into the exam room demanding my credit card right then and there!
I totally disagree with the other reviews. The only thing that was correct is that there is a wait at times. But there are so many up sides. The biggest one to me is that they file and fight the insurance company for you instead of you paying up front and then fighting to get paid back. I have been a patient for years and wouldn't go to another dentist.
I have since been to a real dentist, and let me assure you, the difference is outstanding. Do your research. Avoid this out-of-touch, poorly skilled dentist.
