So they hit me with this bill..... I didn't have the money for it at the time, I was groggy and crying from the pain and I just wanted to get out of there. So I told them to bill me.....
Brian Beck is awesome, so is the staff there.The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very professional. I was referred by a friend for some dental work that I needed. I would definitely reccomend their practice to anyone. I wish I would have known about their before wasting money with aspen dental. You guys rock!!!
Guys, let me tell you about this place....... they are all very nice people to your face.... but they are crooks...... I went in with a cavity and instead of them telling me that they don't perform root canals and that it needed one, the Dr did a different procedure that wasn't even covered by my insurance and she never disclosed that fact to me either.......I wouldn't be complaining if it had worked..... but instead I was left in excruciating pain for WEEKS..... when I went back to have them fix whatever was wrong, they referred me to another dentist for a root canal, which took 3 weeks to get in to...... so for over a month I had an debilitating pain in my jaw and no relief.
So, I paid it over the phone, despite my hesitation and because of the way they have handled their business and the lack of compassion that was shown, I will make sure to post my story in every social media outlet and repost it often! I will make this review go viral so that everyone knows what kind of people that they really are behind Smiles by Beck.........
But that's not the worst part ........ the bill is where they ticked me off............ So not only did this doctor perform a procedure that my insurance didn't cover, she also didn't tell me that they weren't going to cover it before she performed it, so I was blindsided.... she was just 'saving the sale' by performing a procedure that she could charge me directly for even though it was OBVIOUS from the beginning that it wasn't the right solution........
Came in with tooth pain and had to get a filling. Dr. Brian was great! Made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. Very pleasant experience.
Fast forward two and half months later..... they mail me a letter threatening me with court proceedings if I don't pay them their $43.20....... despite the fact that I had been communicating my circumstances frequently via phone and telling them that when I found the time to come by and pay it that I would........ I told them I didn't feel comfortable paying it over the phone because that's how my card was compromised previously...... I made every effort to let them know that I was aware of the debt and would pay it when I could..... you would THINK that after putting me though a significant amount of pain for so long that they would be a bit more compassionate to the fact that life was currently stretching me thin and that they would be the last thing on my priority list..... but no.....they didn't care........
After that my life started to get really hectic (mother had massive heart attack, aunt passed, truck died, house required major repairs, the list goes on and on).... when they called me I communicated everything to them and asked them to just give me some time and I would pay it, even though I shouldn't have too because it was shady the way the business was conducted........
