Our first visit was welcoming. The practice is clean, spacious and inviting for kids. My son has anxiety about doctors, but Dr. Shawn and her staff were patient and playful with him to calm him down. They allowed parents to stay with him during the cleaning which was a huge benefit for my son’s anxiety. Glad I️ found this practice!
This dental practice is phenomenal!!! I wish I could give it TEN stars. My two-year-old son left saying he had fun. It was his first dental visit. The facility is impeccable. The staff is friendly and surpasses all standards of excellent customer service. Check-in took seconds. The environment is inviting. My son's name was on the Welcome board, which made us all feel special. Dr. Shawn is a consummate and gifted professional. Talk about a PRO. She was born to do this. Run, don't walk, to schedule an appointment!!!
This is an amazing dentist office for kids! At my son's first appointment over 6 months ago, he was afraid because he had never been to the dentist before, but Dr. Shawn and the staff were so welcoming and were able to calm his nerves. We took him back again this week and he did GREAT!! He has even asked when we can go back for another check-up! I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a great, clean, FUN place to take their kids!!
This is the third dentist my kids have been to and hands down the best. Very friendly staff, beautiful open office. The dentist took a conservative approach to how to handle tiny cavities by suggesting sealing them versus drilling into his young molars, which is what the last dentist recommended. Saved my son's teeth from unnecessary drilling. We'll be switching to make this our permanent provider for our children's dental care.
Went for our first visit today. My son is a special needs adult. They made him feel comfortable. Since he has anxiety, they didn't do anything but a visual exam and some x-rays. This is going to be a wonderful experience for my son.
