They are always running behind schedule, and it's not uncommon for them to cancel an appointment at the last minute.
I have never been able to get a teeth cleaning scheduled every six months, as recommended- my next appointment is always scheduled for at least 4-6 weeks later than it should be.
Two of our dentists left/are leaving the practice. We had to switch twice. No notification of changes till the day before appt. No one answers the phone and it took 3 days before I got a call back after leaving a message. By the time I did (phone number showed up but they didn't leave a message), I had changed to another dentist. Won't go back.
RUN AWAY, I spent a few thousand dollars to receive crappy cosmetic dental work. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST AND GIVE YOU CRAPPY SERVICE, THE OFFICE STAFF HAS WENT DOWNHILL. They NEVER answer the phones and I had a staff member to call me from A private number saying it was her cell phone that's why she called me private. Do yourself a favor, find another dentist
It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and it often takes three days to get a response from a voicemail message or email you've left/sent.
They used to be so much better. Now you can never reach them by phone and despite being listed as a provider by my insurance they say they don't accept it.
This office just can't handle the volume of customers that they have, but this has been a recurring management problem for several years. I'm at the point where I'd rather shell out more money for a better dental plan so that I can deal with a more professional business.
The office staff is okay but their billings practices are shady. Normally you get your services on time and Dr Benito okay ed the work done on you , after that you go to the front desk and ask the billing specialist do i owe you anything for the visit and they replied no everything is covered and you ask again and they repeat the same answer, then you tell them that you do not want to receive any bills and they say no you wont have any because this a periodontal maintenance and is covered 100 % by your insurance 3 days later you received a bill from them claiming a partial copay that needs to be pay that is about 30% of the total they rang you up. Be careful with this people they are shady and always put in their unexpected bill pay now, by the way they never answer the phone.
If you should need to reschedule for any reason, including when they cancel your appointment, you will wait *at least* five months for another appointment.
