Need to call the office? Tough. Getting them to answer is like pulling teeth. No Joke!!
I tried calling multiple times today to speak to someone and keep getting voicemail. I don't know how these guys stay in business if they can't even accept a client call.
Very hard to set an appointment. And when I call to re-schedule the phone is always busy. Frustrating! Pretty bad customer service. The professional staff is good.
Office staff are helpful. Dr. Waldman is helpful and pragmatic with his suggestions. Downside: He allowed his assistant to botch a filling. (leaving rough material enflame the gumline). As I understand it, this could have been avoided with basic skill and a more expensive material. The assistant was also notorious for jabbing the tender hinge of my jaw with the suction. I characterize Dr. Waldman's work as "fast-and-dirty", meaning that he works for the pittance given to him by my insurance company. I prefer a dentist who will offer premium service, and I'm willing to pay more for it.
I have left more than one message to schedule an appointment with no return phone call. Now just keep getting busy signal. They are great once you get in the door...if you can ever get them to answer the phone to schedule an appt.
