My experience at big lots so far I have mostly finded everything I needed there the employees are great and yes I will be going back

Always excellent customer service... very friendly and warm. Awesome awesome employees!
Employees were polite however faulty procedures created long and very slow lines. You really need a different process for customers returning items. Also prices didn't seem much lower than other local retailers. Bought photo frame, the next store I went to had same item for $2.50 less.
