Never buy a bed from them! It's a maze and no one knows anything! They say you have 30 days.... then it's no no you must keep the mattress "by the way was damaged " for 30 day before any exchanges can be done .... For 4 weeks I had to sleep on my boys bed. My wife and I can't sleep on this bed.... and everyone at Sears said. ... nothing can be done. Thanks for a vary hard month!
Very poor service, or should I say no service. I called the store and the auto attendant rang for bedding. No answer. Twice. Then the operator. No answer. Same for the store manager and two other departments. Are they closed? Used to be known for their service, not lack of.
This store is under new management , the staff is about 50 % new, they have a good customer service. I will recommend this store to everybody , really good prices and believe me there is always more than one person, willing to help you find whatever you need.
I have been calling them for the last 30+ minutes, going down the list of departments trying to speak to someone. I gave up when I started falling asleep while waiting for someone to answer, and they never did. This has to be the worse store ever. It wouldn't be a surprise when they announce the Tallahassee location is closing. Sears went down when they stopped making their staff take pride in the brand
Never again!!!! Now I am more clear why they are going under!
Absolutely horrible service. I almost purchased a craftsman tool set online but wanted to see it in person because sears didn't have any actual pictures of it online. It said they had it in stock so I drove 45 minutes to get it. Got there and looks like the tool section was used to shoot a scene out of the walking dead. Dust everywhere, price tags that look like haven't been updated in years, and hardly anything was actually in stock. I asked the guy behind the counter if he knew where the set might be since nothing was on the shelf but was supposed to be. He literally had no clue what it was, what it looked like, or where to even look for it. The only help he was able to give me was to tell me ace hardware might have it. Which they didn't.
