I hated this place because they were talking and talking about people instead of doing their job.
I was currently employed for macys and was forced to almost have to end pregnancy due to me almost havin a miscarriage from being over worked . the managers were so inconsiderate about me first as a human and especially me as a employee and soon to be mom. The doctor demanded me have bed rest for two days they still deducted points. For something that's was caused at the workplace.they are the most nasty managers and team I have every worked for /with because all every one has issues sometimes that out of our control but all macys care about is selling merchandise they care nothing about the associates feeling
Cosmetics counter is a joke. No associate to help. Waited about 10 min until I finally flagged someone down from the little group of associates socializing and gossiping. Associate had no idea what I was asking for and continued to try and sell me something I did not need. Next time I'm going to Dillards
Went in this past weekend and was wowed with the customer service from Tamecka at the jewelry department. Tamecka was extremely knowledgeable about all products that were in the jewelry department, she was able to help me pick out a couple of Michael Kors bracelets that recently went on sale. Thank you Macy's for providing such great and knowledgeable customer service!
This Macy's sucks! There's a couple good employees but usually you just get ignored. They have literally went off half of the store and have fewer products than ever. Get with the times Macy's no wonder your stores are closing across the nation!
