Too many rules like you can't buy the phone and watch outright, you have to buy a plan. Would have bought a phone and watch but the phone we spent 15 minutes talking about wasn't even in stock. You can go to website and buy it the way you want it without the restrictions that are apparently only for this store. This store just reminded me why I left AT&T many years ago.

Needed a new phone because my phone stopped working. My initial plan was to go to the Monroe St location because it's closer to my home, but due to the convience of where I was at the moment I decided to give this AT&T store a go. Not a great choice on my part. The sales associate that assisted me, although patient at certain points, lacked enthusiasm while selling me the company products. No real passion or genuineness, whatsoever. And after my purchase of the iPhone 7 he literally left me there to figure out how to work the phone. Another associate pitched in, but wasn't that great of a help either. When I asked Associate #2 questions about the setup process he asked if this was my first iPhone.... Why did that matter? Help me! I jetted out and went straight to the N Monroe AT&T store. Thankfully the associates there picked up where I was left off and made sure I was aware of the newest features of the iPhone 7. Definitely made up for the lackluster service I endured and gave me a great start to using my new iPhone.
