First class service and skill by Josh and Joseph at Auto Audiophiles! These guys set up a new radio, 10 speaker, 2-amp system with 4 crossovers in my car. It required them to completely re wire all the factory leads, add new batteries, grounds, and pull all the doors and trunk out to install deadener. The work is too good, I have to keep coming back...and have seen these guys working on everything! Cars, trucks, bikes, boats, RVs,. New Mercedes G wagon? Vintage Ford pickup? You name it, they will put LEDs and some 18" subs in it!!! Great prices and quick professional service; 10/10 any day.

If I could give a worse rating I would. NEVER trust your car with these people. My boyfriend and I took his WRX into the shop to do a simple subwoofer install. Upon arrival they asked no questions about the car or if we had any specifics we wanted with the install. We waited with no word from them out in their lobby for AT LEAST 4 HOURS! When they finally come back to tell us something, it's that our car wasn't starting, but they got it running and it wasn't running properly. Come to find out that instead of using a hole ALREADY THERE for accessories, they drilled a hole THROUGH his firewall, and DIDNT UNPLUG BOTH TERMINALS ON THE BATTERY! They shorted out our car! OVER 1,000 DOLLARS OF DAMAGE LATER, we ALMOST have our car running again. Even after being contacted by Consumer Affairs, they refused to compensate us for the damage they did. We have literally had to purchase A NEW ENGINE FOR OUR CAR because of them. On top of the cost of fixing their damage, they have cost us part of our income as my boyfriend is An Uber driver. HORRIBLE SERVICE and even worse they couldn't do the right thing in the end.
I would recommend Auto Audiophiles to any of my friends or family. I took my 23-year old truck in yesterday for a new stereo system. I wasn't looking for something spectacular or expensive. Looking around their shop it was clear that they do a lot of high end work, but they offered excellent advice on what I wanted, which was a modest system appropriate for my old truck. I considered getting new speakers too, but they did some trouble shooting on my old speakers and told me new ones weren't necessary. I left having spent half of what I expected and the music sounds fantastic, even in my old truck. They were surprisingly quick too. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed that I'm going back today to have them hard-wire a power source for GPS on my motorcycle. I recommend these guys without reservation.
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I took my infinity their to get a Bluetooth device installed and when it was finished the center council was all scratched up and the check engine light and airbag light were both on. The owner told me to come back in a week and he would be able to reset the computer. I called back a week later and he was still unable to fix the problem I had to get the dealership to reprogram it at my own expense. I'm guessing the positive reviews from this place were made by friends and family because in my opinion it's a Christmas miracle this place is still in business. I was able to post pics of the damage on YELP but for some reason not this site. Buyers beware of this place
