I ordered flowers through Teleflora for my daughter's birthday. Sandras was the florist used. They delivered the flowers, but my daughter was not home, so they were left at the door. She lives in a complex, so its unfortunate that someone felt entitled to a little free pick me up , and snagged them before she got home.I called Teleflora and told them what happened. They contacted Sandras, who not only scheduled a redelivery when she was home, but also included a little separate "Sorry" bouquet for the mishap. It was not their fault whatsoever, but it was very nice that they did that for her.My daughter also said the flowers were beautiful. I'm so glad, as her graduation is coming up, and now I know where to go for those too.:)
Great service and great flowers. I couldn't have asked for more than that. I have used them multiple times and have not been disappointed.
Bought a fresh arrangemnt on-site. Only 3 to choose from at $40.00 each. Asked for a box and paper to keep it from sliding around in the car. But was repeatedly told they had nothing of the kind. Walked outside to get in the car and there was a pile of boxes which could have been cut down and wrapped with some tape. In this day and time it seems like they did not care enough to make sure the customer was happy. There was no other customers in the store.
The lady was friendly, but at $60 for a dozen roses I thought it was a little pricey. Also, I'd think a dozen roses would be the most popular thing, they had none made, I had to wait 15 minutes for them to be made. They looked great at first, but only last 6 days. I've had publix roses last longer. Probably won't be coming back here. If I'm going to pay that much, I expect the best. What I got was mediocre.
