Great prices and friendly staff. They worked with me and my wife to match the flooring the previous homeowner had put down and ordered it for us. We will use Carpet One again.
I should have berated them that second, but didn't because I didn't want to be difficult. But honestly, it's on them to get it right. I shouldn't have to look over their shoulder to make sure they complete the work I paid thousands of them to do.
They totally screwed up my order. The carpet was fine, but I asked them for carpet with a memory foam padding. I had to leave out of town and when I came back, I expected the flooring to have memory foam, but nope regular standard padding.
