Some years ago I had some issues with the original Mr. Esposito and swore I'd never buy there again. Well, time moves on and I found myself back there for a small engine class. The class was great and I started back buying there after they became part of Ace Hardware. Customer service has been excellent from small engine repair to plant selection to check out.... All good!
The selection of outdoor supplies as well as plants is phenomenal. Esposito has great employees that are always helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to outdoor plants, planting, and various outdoor activities. The products sold here are slightly expensive but all the items the best that money can buy. If you have a green thumb and live in Tallahassee, go check out Esposito Garden Center for your outdoor needs!
I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Repairs are weeks late. You call ahead to make sure they have something but then you get there and they never did have it so you wasted your time and gasoline. No communication skills at all. The employees argue with you on the phone and try to say YOU are the problem, not the item you bought from THEM. When you point out their mistake, they play dumb and make excuses. Out of stock on items that are basic to their product line. Their landscaper nearly wrecked me one time driving down the road. Whatever. I went to their competitor and they took care of everything I needed, and that's where I'll be going from now on. My $700 probably doesn't mean anything to Esposito's anyway.
