They do indeed do great work, however, their customer service is horrid. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and have spent my money with them on many occasions, but I have had more than enough. They are very rude women who feel that because they have been doing what they are doing for so long, that they can talk to customers any kind of way. If someone is choosing to spend their hard earned money at your establishment, impeccable customer service is a must and is non-negotiable. Customer service is meant to be done with a smile, not a snarky attitude.

NOTE: In response to Michelle Francis who left a negative review due to the cancellation of her hair appointment. She didn't help with us dealing with the DEATH of my son at all!! When someone close to you has just passed you don't think about calling new clients. Her true spirit was exposed and her energy is not welcomed in our peaceful positive environment. ALL OTHERS....
