I have to say that this is the worst haircut that myself and my son have ever received. He left in tears and I was just speechless. Needless to say we will never go back to a Regis Salon again. And to be more specific our stylists were Laquishia and Alissa..PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
Went in wanting a few inches off and ended up having about 6 inches chopped off. I asked for layers and there aren't any in my hair at all. It also took about an hour and a half to cut which was ridiculous. Everyone was nice but I hate my hair

Horrible Customer Service and Worst Attitude
To the Management :
I stepped in at 7 and enquired about my appointment status the lady at that time ( May be Sheri Jackie Not very sure about the names Apologies) told me to wait since there was other gentle man waiting before me. I told that I had already an appointment. She checked in system and told me to wait since there was no appointment checked in. I was made to wait for more than an hour nearly for 75 mins. By that time the other person had his hair cut and there was already a lady whereshe is having her hair dye. This lady Sherri is not even caring me even though I was waiting for more than 1.15 hr. I had to enquire couple of times and later she told me it would take more than 30 mins.
I went to the store at 530 and I was given appointment at 745 or so.I don't know the exact person may be it is Layota or Licy( Not sure of her name)
If she would have atleast apolized told me to come back later that would have been good but instead she didn't even cared me. Am I mad to wait there If I don't have any appointment ?

Ruined my life. I came in with a full head of curly, bouncy, and thick hair. I loved it so much, what I left with was a fried, thin, straight mess. I have never had a worse haircut in my life. They removed the texture in my hair and somehow made it straight. I simply asked for half an inch off the top and I was left with a bald, frizzed straight cut. I was so absolutely livid with it. I was unbelievably upset with it and they still made me pay ALMOST 30 DOLLARS FOR IT. They wouldn't even offer a refund. I feel disgusted with myself and I have never in my life been so embarrassed to step outside. The manager was Latoya and the woman who cut my hair was Linda. The manegment was extremely rude and disgusting. They ate food and wouldn't speak to me while cutting it. I have never cried over the way I looked until now. DO NOT GO HERE
I came back frustated after wasting my time for more than 2 hours and called this lady. She balmed me for their mistake and said I was rude to her (Goddamnnn, I waited for more than 1.30 hrs Wy in the World I won't be frustated) and she said she was not responsible for it. (She was the only person who is taking care of the saloon at that time ).To add to this She hanged up the call while I was about to to complete my sentence. This displays her rude way of behaviour with customers.
I would never ever recommend his hell saloon for god's Grace.
How can the customers dare to come back if the crew is so irresponsible like this? What is the need to cheking in appointments if they are of no use ??Try to train you crew how to act responsibe with the customers.
