The owner, Jolynn is incredible. She makes you feel at home at Silhouettes, takes her time with you and does everything in the world to make you comfortable. She really knows her stuff when it comes to laser hair removal and it makes me feel safer knowing she's a registered nurse as well. The customer service is great and she's almost always on call for questions or concerns after a session. I highly recommend this place.
