Took our son to this place to get a haircut. Part of my son's sideburns weren't shaved off and they left hair all over his head. Will not waste my money at this place again.
Godawful and intrusive customer management system where you have to provide a full name and phone number to get service. Otherwise OK. There's always a wait as they're never fully staffed. But they're conveniently located, so that's nice. And they don't try to push products on you as much as other salons.
Jessica is the embodiment of good customer service.
