When I complained to the check out person he commented that he was suprised that the place was still open with all the service complaints he hears.
They could not find any record about my pressure wash, one of the worker there told me that they do not carry this brand and he apologize when I show him the Lowe's steel sticker on the machine.
I made a big mistake when I bought a pressure wash from them.
Very disappointed. I was doing a project for church and had two pieces of lumber I wanted to have cut to size. I asked several Lowe's employees for assistance and were told they would send someone right over. That someone never came. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes I gave up and took the lumber home and cut it myself.
He said he will tray to find it and he disappeared. After 20 minutes someone else ask me if I need help.
Bought a refrigerator from this store and can't seem to get it delivered. Brought one out that looked like it had fallen of the truck. George in delivery won't call back as promised. Manager I spoke with couldn't speak clearly enough to be understood, not foreign just wouldn't pronounce his words clearly enough to be understood. Manager Mike is on it now, let's see if he can get it done.
Now it was my turn and the same thing happened. One of my garden shop items had no barcode and the associate couldn't locate it in the garden shop book he had on hand. Frustrated, I told him I'd take my Items and go check out in the garden shop knowing they'd be able to handle it and they did.
Very hard to find someone on the floor to help you.
Checkout availability was good. I chose a line with only 1 person in the process of checkout. The associate at the register, "Richard", was extremely slow and seemed challenged by his task finding the price of an item that did not have a barcode. He worked on that task for about 4 minutes and never found the item in the computer. He finally gave up and sent the customer back to where the item was displayed to copy down the stock number for the item!
Store is way past due for remodeling. Would think a home improvement store could improve itself.
They are completely not knowledgeable about their products
Lowe's in Tallahassee is the worst place provide customer service.
If you want to screw up your day, tray to buy something from their and good luck.
The machine sent to the repair two times and still not fixed.
Not any easy morning stop at Lowe's in an uncrowded store......
Arrived in store approximately 10am. The RETURNS counter was my first stop. The Customer Service area had only 1 employee present assisting customers. Result was long waiting time for many people there seeking help.
