Took my riding lawn mower that kept flooding with gas. They repaired it and everything went well, been running fine ever since.
I'll admit that I do not have certification in small engine repair; however, I do not believe some of my diagnosed problems were accurate. For example, a bent drive shaft should cause a lot of vibrations, a symptom my mower never exhibited when it worked. The fact that they took a deposit and were quick make a sales offer on in-store products which were "far better than anything I can get at Lowes" makes me think it was a ploy. I do not feel comfortable at this location and I will not be giving them my business in the future.
Wonderful customer service, and a very knowledgeable staff. I would not go anywhere else.
They took several minutes to get to me, despite five people standing around in the shop. They took down all my information before telling me that there was a $25 deposit on the repair. I have never had to pay a deposit on a small engine repair. In retrospect, I wish I had walked out then.
