Waited for TWO HOURS Until they sent over a random driver to even come help me. All I needed was a jump to my car. I have to call 3 times until someone was able to give me a real answer. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
AAA has very good customer service and is a very reliable company! I have needed to tow my car on many occasions and they are always so friendly and helpful! Thank you to the AAA team in Tallahassee and Tampa for always helping me out!
I wouldn't give them a 1! Purchased for my daughter...she called at 5...5 hours later..what a joke! Will cancel membership in morning..oh and called to complain..10 minute hold time!
Driver took three and a half hours to arrive - Two hours after the promise time. The worst service imaginable. Thanks for not coming to the rescue. Won't renew.
James Taylor responded to my call about the dead battery on my pickup truck much faster than I expected. He installed a new battery and, viola, all was right in the world. He did a most efficient job and was quite concerned that the job was done right.
Makes my decision to be a AAA member a good one!!
