I was looking to move all my home, auto, and condo, along with Umbrella policy over from state farm to Allstate wasn't able to talk to Brewster Banks, however talked to Justin Not willing to work to meet on After 5pm during the work week or on Saturday from 9-1pm eventhough hours posted said that they were open during that till 6pm weekdays and on Saturday till 1PM.
This branch is absolutely phenomenal! I have spoken personally with Brewster Banks on many occasions and he and Justin both have been very helpful with all of my insurance needs as well as very personable. I usually take the time to go into their office for payment or questions as they get to know their customers on a personal level and make you feel right at home. Cant believe someone left 1 star for these guys because they don't stay open late like some others. In my opinion the ones that stay open late are terrible and often times very pushy. Of course they would stay open late to push you into policies they profit off of. So what they are not open late or don't work weekends. Nor do I! When my work day is done it's done but I'm right back at it the next day helping my customers just like them. Bottom line, Brewster Banks is an amazing agent and office.
