We moved from Georgia a year ago, and William "Cliff" Goodson in Bill Reardon's office (Tallahassee, FL) helped us transfer our car and life insurance policies. With his professionalism and knowledge, it was a wonderful, pain free experience. I can only compliment Mr. Goodson and State Farm on their customer service and competitive rates. I'm not someone who finds shopping for insurance as a highlight of my day so I tend to "set it and forget it." However, I had this nagging feeling that my old insurance company was, shall I say, Progressively ripping me off. So I walked into Bill Reardon's office and was greeted by friendly staff with a helpful demeanor. After telling Brent that I needed a commercial auto policy for work truck he took down all my information and got to work.
Im very unsatisfied. you cant never get any body on the phone that knows what there doing or even to answer the phone. been waiting almost 2 weeks to be reimbursed for an auto payment they was ask to stop 2 weeks in advance as they jacked my rates up for know reason.
Brent advised me that the type of coverage I had was not beneficial to me and proceeded to write me a policy that not only had way better coverage but also saved me hundreds of dollars. No pushy sales stuff here - Brent advised me as to what he thought was best for me and my business without needing to push for things he knew I wouldn't need.
