I LOVE the Gem Collection! My husband bought my engagement ring there, and I was so impressed with the ring I decided to check out the store. They have an incredibly friendly sales staff and I felt very welcomed in their store. They also have a great selection of very affordable jewelry from $20-$500, which is one of my favorite aspects of their website. I used to not wear much jewelry, but when I went the the Gem Collection I was so impressed by the quality and beauty of the jewelry that all the jewelry I wear now is from there! I met the owners of the company, and they are such caring people who strive to give the best service. Whenever I come into the store, even if I don't buy anything, they always clean any jewelry I happen to be wearing and make me feel like a prized customer. I always feel very comfortable buying jewelry from them because they are very honest and knowledgeable, and have an excellent return policy. I now shop only at the Gem Collection for my jewelry, and whenever a major holiday comes up I inevitably always ask my husband for a piece of jewelry from them!
They have helped me with countless birthday, Christmas, and Mother's Day gift's for my mom. They helped with picking out an engagement ring and wedding band for my now wife. All great experiences. I love that the girls can put things on a wishlist there to make it easy for us guys to find a gift they'll like. I love the snacks, the drinks, and the raffles. The Gem Collection hasn't forgotten that those little things matter. Most importantly, they have high quality products and people. Nicole has helped me out a number of times and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Gem Collection.

I purchased a "One of a Kind" Sydney Lynch necklace over the internet from The Gem Collection. Michael, the webmaster, worked very hard to help me see the piece in additional photos and even a video. The owners considered my concerns about purchasing and possibly returning the "virtual" necklace and made sure that I felt comfortable with both processes. They made delivery, which had to be signed for, easy and convenient. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this gallery for its service and the quality of work which it carries.
