clothes come back in the same condition dropped off...the same marks & all, looks like they were just dewrinkled but not cleaned

For the price you pay, you can get your clothes done at an upscale cleaners. I paid $35 to have a company wrinkle my clothes for me- not to mention, one of my dress shirts came back burned. They don't use collar supports, they don't fold the sleeves (so as to not wrinkle them), and it's been more than 24 hours since I've heard back about my burned shirt.
Staff is professional and gets my clothes done right on time! very convenient drive-thru that saves time as well.
Below average. Twice I have had to return back to pick up the second part of my order because they sometime create two different tickets (based on the material of your clothes) and forget to give you the second. Hours are not helpful on weekends either. Some of the top buttons on my shirts have been returned to me cracked or semi-melted but they have agreed to replace them. Hours are not convenient-closed Sundays and only open until 2pm Saturday.
