Dirty...old outdated machines...#14 soap dispenser clogged..I mentioned to attendant and she stated soap would come down later. I left for 10 minutes at most and came back. Still no visible soap. She said soap came down while I was out. Liar. Did not feel clothes were clean. Not very customer friendly at all. Warned us at 8 p.m. that they close at 9 p.m. I will never go there again. Normally use Wash Around The Clock where it's clean, new machines and great staff but there were busy that evening.
Great wash, dry and fold. Reasonably priced (.70 /lb and well worth it.) with consistent service. Clothes come back folded like they were just purchased. They provide detergent or you can bring your own. Bring hangers or pay 1.00 for theirs. Good hours of operation too.
I like this Laundromat. Yes, the attendant has a limited English vocabulary, and the equipment is dated. But my clothes are clean and smell nice and the place just has a gentle nice vibe to it.
I have been a customer for over three years now and highly recommend this business. The family works really hard to provide quality service. Jenny is a pleasure to talk with and makes the time pass by so fast while washing clothes. Jenny and her brother take great pride in their family owned business and represent a successful American story of how people who work hard can succeed in this country even though their parents came here from another country. They are an asset to the Tallahassee community.
Came here while passing thru Tally. It was quiet, not crowded. The mashines aren't the newest but funtuonal. Had an issue with one of the washers but the attenfans was helpful
