Awful... My military uniform had creases in the wrong places (not centered on the pockets). Couldn't get them redone by Saturday morning as they send the work out of town. I should have looked before I paid, as they did not offer a refund when I told them I had to take them to the same-day place now to get them done. The lady then said "just bring the back when you need them cleaned and we will not charge you." Why would I, or anyone for that matter, ever come back here after making the mistake of coming here in the first place? Avoid!!!
I wish that I had checked these reviews before having this store dry clean my clothes. I took two pairs of pants: one pair came out covered in lint, the other came back with the bottom of one leg completely shredded. Do not take your clothes here!
I patronized these cleaners years ago without incident. 7 years ago I had a bad experience with them when I had a valuable wedding dress cleaned. The white dress came out beige. I did not return for 7 years because the cleaners would not stand behind their work. However, in January I decided to patronize this cleaners again because it is so convenient to me. I submitted two sweaters for them to clean. One came out fine. The other, an expensive cashmere sweater I was having cleaned for the first time, came back approximately 1/3 the size it was when I gave it to the cleaners. Although I produced a receipt for the sweater (it was new) and the damage was obvious, these cleaners refused to stand behind their work once again. I will never return and hope that you do not either.
