My fiancée and I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars there over the years and the first time a pair of pants were returned mysteriously stained over about 25% of the entire piece (very noticeable), they refuse to take ownership of the issue. Didn't even offer to refund the money because they claim they "did the work". The owners stubbornly blamed the customer and excused their attitude on personal issues. Not a business for a business person to use, in my opinion. We will be going elsewhere.
I just left there in total disbelief how rude the owner just treated me. Someone ruined a button on a fairly expensive shirt and I went and purchased replacement. After not being able to find anyone to replace( snap button) I asked them for help. The young man who tried to help was very nice and got the”manager” who was the owner to come out. She told me there wasn’t anything she could do . I asked her what to do and she said whatever I wanted. Elsewhere. Trying to talk to her she asked me to leave her store that she had plenty of customers. That she had heard it all before! Never been treated so rudely. Tried to go back and talk to her and she told me not to come into her store! Telling everyone I know!
I just wanted a shirt cleaned and they said they aren't taking new customers.... It's a drycleaner not a Dr's office...
I took a duvet cover to them to clean and press. I got it back and it looked like they had washed in a washing machine and folded it, no press at all. I asked them if that's literally what they did and he said "it's pressed, it's pressed" clearly wasn't. He offered to give me my money back but had a major attitude problem and said "I don't want you here" 2 or 3 times. He walked off from me while we were talking. I'm honestly glad he doesn't want me there because I will not be back. Terrible customer service
