Kyle Wilkinson has cleaned our carpet and tile twice in the past few months due to overly active dogs. Results were fantastic and he offered tips on fixing minor problems when the occur.. He was very courteous and always acted in a very professional manner. Very good at what he does.
Josh and Cyrus did a great job! Josh took time to explain each step in the process and was very open. I really appreciate his honesty- I can tell he takes pride in his work! I will refer and use this service again!
The carpet half way through the cleaning smelled amazing. But, the best part was their customer service and knowledge about the process. They are an awesome team!

I was at a loss trying to get pet urine out of my carpet. After cleaning the carpet myself with a locally owned store cleaning machine you could still smell the urine. Kyle and Josh came in, were straight up and told me it's going to be a little more because the odor was deep. I said, "Let's do it.."
I do not need to hire them to know I do not want their machines anywhere near my house. The next time one appears in my neighborhood I will call the city ordinance dept with proof from a decibel meter that the noise generated from the truck exceeds the legal limit. Some vacuum truck companies equip their vehicles with adequate muffling systems...obviously SS does not. The single star awarded was forced on me to be able to post this review. I give them a negative five stars for subjecting healthy hearing people to so much noise pollution.
