Wayne the route driver is a really good dude. He is always on time and will let you know if he's gonna be late.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible service, Always missing uniforms. Can't get through to talk to anyone 75% of the time. Girl who answers phone is super rude as well as the driver. When we tried to end the contract they threatened us with a lawsuit. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Wayne (our driver/contact) is always very helpful with any questions and knowing what the policy is for our contract that the state has with UniFirst. He does his best to work with us to make sure our invoice is correct and explain any charges, credits or notations that may be on it. He is very quick to make changes for us. He also does a great job handling all of our new employees, which lately has been a great deal.
