They need to keep machines fixed. Dryers are cut down too low. Parking lot usually packed.
Great service and decent price for those without a washer/dryer. They have supersized machines to use. You can upload money from your credit card or use coins.

THIS ESTABLISHMENT OVER ON PENSACOLA ST SUCKS. THEY JUST INSTALLED NEW DRYERS WHICH RUN OFF THE INTERNET. THE INTERNET WENT DOWN AND CUSTOMERS COULD NOT USE THE MONEY ON THEIR CARDS TO WASH OR DRY CLOTHES. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE I LOADED $25 ON MY CARD AND STILL HAD $6.00 ON IT TO DRY. I ASKED THE ATTENDANT WHO KNOWS ME FROM BEING A FREQUENT CUSTOMER TO SWAP ME OUT IN QUARTERS SO I COULD FINISH DRYING MY CLOTHES. THIS WOMAN LOOKED AT ME AND SAID SHE HAD NO WAY OF CHECKING MY CARD TO SEE THE BALANCE. I'M LOOKING AT HER LIKE "REALLY"!!! MY THING IS THIS, DON'T GO MAKING YOUR LAUNDROMATS HIGH TECH BUT CAN'T HANDLE THE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES FAIRLY!!! DON'T TELL ME THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO WHEN I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO LOSES MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
**Update** I had my clothes timed with washer and dryer. I was on time to change them out each time. When i got to the dryers I caught one person moving my clothes out of the dryer. I asked them where are the other clothes. They didn't know. I go to the office. They had my clothes which were still wet. No dryers were available, thanks to the rude people touching my clothes! Parking is still a problem.
