You should plan to have at least 45 mins of spare time when calling this place because they take FOREVER to answer! I don't know if it's because the staff takes their sweet ass time or what.

56 minutes on the phone with most of it on hold. Eventually, I was redirected to three people, and then redirected to an outside contractor. The contractor was the people that had directed me to DMV. Called DMV back and they referred me once again to the contractor. Enough...hired an attorney. Let a judge figure this out.
