This insurance commissioner must be fired !!!!!!

Does this office actually have any teeth or power to require insurance companies to make Floridians whole after accidents not their fault?

I don’t have this money and my home is getting worse due to rain !!!

This man has allowed home owners insurance companies the right to repair your home themselves vs paying for your damages !!!!

Well I called this office today around 11:30am to complain about my insurance company REFUSING to fill a prescription that my DR prescribed. Insurance company said I needed a prior authorization. Got that. Called several days later and they tell me that it had been denied by the clinic review board and that my DR could file an appeal. I'm like, you've GOT to be kidding me. I've never been examined by ANYONE on their clinical review board. What gives them the right? So, I call this office today to complain. Leave my number with a promise of a return call in the order it was received. Guess what.. Here it is almost 6:30pm and I've heard nothing from them. Bunch of BULLS***. Insurance companies have way to much control. We pay our premium then they say 'oh, we're not covering that.' Yet if I were on welfare, it'd all be paid, no questions asked.

As a safe driver I'm interested in knowing just WHEN this office started letting insurance companies like State Farm bend Floridians over to screw them without benefit of protection or lubrication?

I spoke with Paula today about Insurance not providing Doctors. She made me understand that the problem that will help relinquish the situation is Federal. So here is my problem: Sign up for Insurance, we choose a plan our Doctors are on. We are contracted for 12 months. Now when I go to use the Insurance the doctors are no longer on the plan! One doctor retired two years prior. Is this Bait and Switch? He was never on the plan. My regular physician decided to no longer stay on the plan. I got turned away at the front office . I have called 5 primary doctors today. They say Bring all your paperwork and then we will decide if we are going to talk to you. Really? Are they not in the profession to heal people. What qualifications are they looking for on my health records to determine if I can be a patient or not? Then they ask what insurance do you have. And then they reply "We are no longer taking patients for that insurance because we are cancelling with them at the beginning of the year! So what do you do until the beginning of the year? I am obligated to this insurance and under a year contract with penalties if I cancel. I have a serious issue that needs help. Insurance companies and Doctors need to be made accountable under yearly contracts just like us. Or we need to be able to have the opportunity to change insurance when our doctors do. Thank you Paula for listening and guiding me to the right direction I will pursue this Federally.

So let me get this straight. I already paid them years of premiums. Now I have an emergency and I still have to pay thousands more !!!

To make things worse I have to pay them thousands for the deductible ( 17,500 ) before they even begin the repairs !!!

This guy just sold out all Florida homeowners!!!

My insurance is ignoring a-lot of the damages and have opted to repair themselves !!!

I have major hurricane damage from Irma

Fire this guy and give us a commissioner who is fair to all !!!!!!

Spoke with Crystal. Completely useless regulation department EVEN IF you are medically needy. Don't bother calling you'll get nothing!

No lawyer will take the case because its hidden language in the policy I bought !!

Complete deceitful practice on there behalf !!!
