The staff was wonderful. Everyone seemed to care about their job and the customers. The room was a decent size and the hotel is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. My one and only issue is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear everyone outside, in the hallway, and in my surrounding rooms. I don't recommend this hotel for light sleepers.
I stay here frequently, about once a month, and this is how you run a hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are quite comfortable, and the customer service is AMAZING. Every person you deal with has a "concierge attitude"; they bend over backwards to accommodate their guests. Cynette is a perfect example of that, a really lovely person that made me feel welcome and cherished. Great place to stay, in the thick of things but away from the chaos of midtown.
We were very stressed going through hurricane Irma. Our experience at this hotel was the best ever. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. In spite of what they were going through personally, because of the hurricane they went out of their way to make us feel better. We had no food but they made sure we ate. They even surprised my son with a birthday cake. What a staff, thank you so much for everything. They made a movie night for the kids. This is definitely a 5 star hotel in my book.
The rooms were very nice and we were able to check-in early which was great! They have such a friendly staff - all very personable! The exercise room, indoor pool and continental breakfast were also winners. The Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping which was another plus. If you're in Tallahassee visiting family or on business, this is a nice place to stay. My only complaint was about the cable selection - no Hallmark Channel during Thanksgiving
Everyone was friendly and the room is clean. I enjoyed it very much and would stay again. I love the indoor pool but unfortunately didn't get a chance to use it.
