The entire hotel smells either like mold or chemicals. Had to check out and go elsewhere to send the night. Messed up my reservation and have me a double bed and not a king. I won't be back. Normally I have no problems at Fairfields. But this one is bad. My 3rd stay, problems all 3 times. 3 strikes, your out
Conveniently right off of I10. Walking distance to 2 restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Very accommodating! I forgot toothpaste! And they gave me some complimentary. We came to wait out the hurricane and they were kind enough to waive the pet fee. I'd stay again and gladly recommend it: )
An average, vintage Fairfield. That is to say comfortable and decent. Not up to current (high) Fairfield standards of service. I checked in online, and still had to wait for our key. Hotel was full of Floridians being evacuated, and nothing special from the staff. Business as usual for them.
The room was clean and decorated nicely although we got placed in a room next to the elevator, making for a sleepless night of clanking and knocking every time the elevator was used. We were unable to switch rooms due to no available rooms. Wish I could’ve enjoyed my stay. Staff was also very nice.
