I was not looking forward to shopping for a mattress. I knew exactly what I wanted and told Gavin. He took me right away to the mattress I eventually bought. Gavin was called away and Rod took over the appointment. I tried other mattresses. Rod was good about explaining the mattress attributes and why some mattresses worked and others didn't. Rod explained the company guarantees. The guarantees of 90 days return, no questions asked and 10 years replacement were reasons I bought the mattress. I hope I don't need to test the guarantees. I bought the mattress on Saturday afternoon. It was delivered and set up Monday at exactly the time they said it would be. It was a positive and painless shopping experience. Thank you Gavin and Rod.
We had a hard time finding a matress store that was in our budget and that didnt comprimise our comfort.We arrived to matress firm were Gavin was super friendly and was able to work with our price range and helped us find a great feeling matress.
Gavin was very helpful in finding a great mattress. We had to exchange the first one because the one WE chose was a bit firmer than we wanted. It was a very easy exchange was able to have the new mattress delivered the day after we went to do the exchange. Awesome service. Amazing sleep!
