I was disappointed in the pictures online, its miss leading. The bathroom very small. There was dirty towels that had yellow stains on it. The blanket had dirt spots. The floor was dirty our feets were black. The sink did not drain. The tub was old and peeling. The toilet had no lid.
First let me say the employees were excellent! Some issues are beyond their control but they were very nice.
I had to leave after I saw a cockroach run across my floor! Not taking that home with me! The building seriously needs maintenance! Seems old. Elevator is smelly & scary! Thought it was going to get stuck! There were no towels in our room. Had to go to front desk to get some! People started coming out of their rooms & hanging out like they just live there! The pool was cloudy! I've been to better motel 6 it can be better than this! This case was definitely "you get what you pay for"! My neighbors had serious electrical safety issues......but they had towels
Unless you have really low standards, DO NOT COME HERE! There were bugs in the beds and the rooms smelled really musty, my mother and I couldn’t even last a night here when i woke up to little bugs crawling next to my face. Place is disgusting, but they gave us a full refund and their customer service is great. Just need to tidy up their rooms a little
I'm sorry to say that this hotel needs to be destroyed and built back up. My stay there was terrible. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Bathroom had mold, shower pressure was not strong house keeping needs to do a better job in cleaning rooms. There was hair in bathroom floor and corners. Bed blankets had burned spots. It's was hard for me to get into my room. I had to walk down a couple of times to change key so I can get into my room. The only thing that was positive was the staff that was there that day I checked.
Overall the room looked pretty grubby. The bedspread looked like someone had put a greasy burger on it in quite a few spots. The sheets were wrinkled and not ironed, gave the appearance they had been slept in. We were just arriving from a 4 hour drive to the airport, a 9 hour flight and another 4 hour drive from Orlando so we were much too tired to complain. However, I would never stay here again. Although this is known as a budget hotel, we stayed a two other hotels on this trip which were cheaper and far nicer than this one.
