Great experience!! Every employee were very helpful and very kind!! I love the place! A big thanks to the lady who was there for breakfast every day!! (Helping everybody) And the lady with pink hair at the front desk ( I wish I can remember their names!!) :)
RACHET!!!! Roachs in the lights I called the man he’s Indian to come take care of the roach and he came with a regular bug spray u get in the store and he made it seem like it was a special spray ... climbed on the furniture and claimed it was the first time someone complaint about a roach but just looking at the hotel it looked like roaches owned the place and we asking to get a refund but he said it would’ve been a charge to checkout
Room is actually more of a three but because the staff is so nice and friendly we bumped it up to four stars
Great shower-plenty of hot water and strong pressure. Felt like I was getting a massage. Very quiet room-could hear the next door guest when I was in the hallway but not when I went in my room. Friendly staff-one desk clerk even ran to get me ice. Best location-hotel tucked away behind tree line so you don't hear street noise.
This hotel is very nice and clean. The people working at the desk were so helpful and friendly. I had a pet with me and they gave him a treat and made him feel welcome. They did charge a pet fee but it was well worth it to be able to stay with my dog. The room was modern and well put together with everything we needed. Breakfast was yummy and the lady that was hosting was nice. I loved the hotel and will stay here again with my family and pet.
The room small but very clean. We were running ahead of Irma and happy to find a room. Great location, we stayed 3 nights. Heading back to St Pete tomorrow is the plan.
