Service is great especially Josh, when I bought the sectional 2 years back. paid around 2000 and it is peeling and I have to toss it. Tried repairing it and I was told Faux leather cannot be repaired . Simmons wont help as it is out of warranty. They are still selling the same model. Buy at your own risk !..I bought a mattress at the same time and I had no issues with it. I could have put more money to buy genuine leather or would have gone for fabric.
I purchased a mattress a week and a half ago. It has caused me massive pain in my back, shoulders and arms. I could barely function at work. I've called them three times and they keep saying they're going to call me back and then they don't. I have a lot of regret trusting them.
We purchased a mattress and platform bed recently from this store and were told that our prices are really low, we were also under a impression that they offered a great discount. Unfortunately after purchase we found out that their prices are way above what major retailers like amazon are charging. Word of caution:do your homework, find what other sites are offering before making purchase. We lost nearly $200 in the deal.
