The worst customer service I have ever received. The unprofessional staff sold me on a mattress and boxspring combo than proceeded to tell me the boxspring was not included when trying to deliver it. On top of that, they will not give me a refund on my 75 dollar down payment. Was not given a receipt or invoice. This small business obviously doesn't make many sales because they value my 75 dollars more than providing anything close to adequate customer service. DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Great experience. I just purchased a queen set and the guy was really with helping me to choose a bed that fits me. They offer great financing options or you can pay cash. I really enjoyed the purchasing process. Thanks!
