Woodsprings is your average long term stay hotel. We stayed a while back while first moving into town. The staff was always friendly and willing to work with you. They have laundry room in house, as well as vending machines and maid service. They are also close to the bus lines, Walmart, and several gas stations and restaurants within walking distance. The weekly wifi fee is fairly inexpensive. I would recommend this place to someone who is trying to move out of one place and into another, or those who have just moved into town trying to get settled. I have also known several bachelors who have opted to live there instead of an apartment due to its maid service and amenities. They are also very pet friendly.
Warm environment, clean rooms. This is close to a Walmart and Mcdonalds. Great staff, wonderful residents.
Every thing was good except the prices. Great location and rooms was clean. Took a little while to get the front desk on the phone.
My wife, our two boys , our dogs, and I stayed here for the last 4+ months while trying to find a home. We've had a great experience with the staff! Kristina, Erica, Andrew, and the others have become friends during that time. They have been very gracious and kind during our long stay, making sure we were taken care of. We stayed at a other extended stay in town and switched to Woodsprings, having a better overall experience! During the recent hurricane and power outage they worjed hard to ensure all guests were taken care of, safe, and they had plenty of staff on hand to ensure peace if mind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Several people we've met have made this their home for years and we've gotten to know some amazing people. Thank you for making a stressful time more manageable for our family!
Room was a good size and clean. Has stove, microwave, and refrigerator, but no plates, cooking utensils, or silverware. Convenient to grocery shopping and not too far from downtown.
