Fast...quick in and out....love their no.6
I ordered a sandwich for dinner and noticed a dark spot on the side of the bread. The more I looked at it I realized it couldn’t be anything else but MOLD. I paid money for moldy bread. I am pissed to say the least. Do not eat here!
I call the store and let them know I didn't receive a sub but a club. The guy on the phone tells me that the receipt said wheat and that is what you get when you choose wheat as they don't have wheat sub rolls.
$15+ for a poorly thrown together stack of meat and veggies squashed between two cheap ass pieces of wheat bread.
I tell him that is a bit shady as the app only states wheat with the upchrage amount. It does not state wheat slices or that it will change the type of bread so any normal person who has ever ordered a sub before at any other sub place is going to think sub roll. I explain that the app isn't clear at all and that I basically was upchraged for less food. He says he understands as they get it all the time about the confusion with the bread.
Won't happen again JJ. First and last time ordering here.
I understand he didn't create the app but not offering to accommodate the issue and simply telling me you'll mention it to your "area manager" doesn't fix or compensate for the fact I didn't receive what I thought I should be getting.
THEN FIX THE EFFIN ISSUE!
Fast food sandwiches made freaky fast. The order is usually ready before I can fill my drink and they have never messed up an order. Friendly and clean and tasty.
First time ever ordering Jimmy John's. I used the app to make my order for delivery and chose the JJ Gargantuan sub. I choose to have it on wheat which is a $0.70 upchrage (problem number one). My sandwich arrives freaky fast as they say and when I pull out the sandwich I instantly think there had to be a mistake as this is not what I ordered. The JJ Gargantuan is a "gargantuan sub" not a regular sized club sandwich. I unwrap it and behold it's my order smashed between two normal sized slices of wheat bread. Definitely not right.
I called to put in a delivery order last night at this location, I'm staying at the H2Suites Hilton on Apalachee & Magnolia, 1 TRAFFIC LIGHT and 1 block away, less than a mile, and they say they don't deliver to this area. Ridiculous. Why even boast your "super fast delivery" if you only deliver to ppl less than 500 ft away from your doorstep, Jimmy Johns franchise?? I hope this particular staff was just choosing to be lazy and rude, otherwise your zoning rules are stupid AF.
