08/27 Update: the last few times I have done business here, it has been less than desirable. I just got delivery and the food was sloppy and thrown together. I got random condiments in my pita that I didn't ask for. Besides that, I asked and paid for double meat and my pita looked like a really small burrito. Not sure what has changed with their people and their pricesses but I will probably never do business there again.

Customer service was soooooo great! It was my first time there and it was super late at night and they all still had smiles on their face. Literally the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be back!
The food is great speciali the breakfast pitas.

Every time I've gone to this place the employees are doing nothing but yelling and ignoring customers. I went once and noticed all of the veggies looked dried out and old, which I was worried about because I figured they didn't replace the veggies, but I are anyways. I got food poisoning! And so did my boyfriend. The next time I went, the few staff that were there were noticeably high off their asses. The last and FINAL time I went, there were people wearing normal clothes, not even employee clothes, standing behind the line, yelling. The employees working paid no attention to the customers and were yelling with the other people. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and also made our pitas about half of the regular size. I will never return to this Pita Pit ever again. It is disgusting and has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.
