Always great food! Good, home cooked southern comfort food. Always a very diverse croud, which I enjoy. The service is 50/50. Sometimes good, sometimes not good. Hasnt ever been GREAT though. I've worked in restaurants all my life, and as a server (if you care about making any money) you need to make your people feel at home, like they are welcome and you are happy to serve them. Alot of the servers look miserable or like they have never worked at a restaurant. And most dont speak much English.
Good country food. Collards, butter beans, and many other vegetables. Meatloaf, baked chicken and fried chicken among the meat options. Busy place after church on Sunday, but service was still fast.
Other than that, we are extremely satisfied every time we come into eat!
