As a member at the O.N.E. level , I get better pricing on food along with other perks like dining in several other cities; Orlando, Jacksonville, Philadelphia, Anaheim, and Los Angeles; complementary (paying only taxes and 20% fee). If you are a traveler, this is a great way to get 5 star dining away from home at the cost of a chain restaurant price (i.e. Red lobster, Olive Garden, etc...).
My cousin had her wedding reception here a few weeks ago and the venue was really nice. Looking out on Bobby Bowden Field was a real treat while everyone had a good time in the ballroom. The reception area was incredibly clean and if anyone asked me, I would let them know this is a great place for small to medium sized events.
Always friendly, courteous & prompt service. Lunch buffet is amazing, especially the bread pudding with rum sauce. Excellent chefs there. Beautiful, updated facility.
For special events and occasions, I would certainly recommend the private room here.

I've been here a good many times, yet I never realized the private room just behind the reception desk - The Peacock Boardroom.
I have been here many times. The staff is always friendly and courteous to me and my family.
(one aspect did stand out - and that was the 20% service charge that was included (I've given up commenting about the 20% part long ago...) and it was that my wife had a conversation with one of the servers regarding this, asking if that was the same as the tip. My wife got the impression that it wasn't necessarily the tip because it was split up between everyone working it (most of us recognize that pooling tips in these circumstances is what is correctly done). Nonetheless, I arrived at the conversation towards the tail end of it, where I saw my wife looking for cash and I simply handed the server a C-note not fully realizing the conversation previously - which he certainly accepted graciously. This means that the party's tip overall came to $188. Certainly a handsome (40%) gratuity, all attributed to a very murky explanation of the 20% included service charge. My suggestion for the management here would be to coach the servers on a clearer way to explain the service charge in future events when it is questioned.).
During games it is nice to have access to the bar and if needed a way to watch the game out of the rain. I like the options that are available. I know this is not a club for everyone but if you can afford it join, enjoy, and suggest ways to improve your membership experience.
My lovely wife arranged for my 50th birthday dinner here - it accommodated family and friends and was a very nice venue.
